At The Ambrosia Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your garments.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the original packing slip is included inside the box for faster processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
